    Passport

    A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico.

    Please check your passport well in advance of travel to make sure it meets current requirements. If you need to apply for or renew a passport, visit the U.S. Department of State passport website for current information and requirements.

    Flights

    Flights will be booked into Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR).

    Your flights will be coordinated based on the travel information you provide during registration. Velas Vallarta is conveniently located in Marina Vallarta, making the transfer from the airport a short one.

    Air Ticketing

    Completed through online registration.

    Roundtrip coach airfare will be ticketed for you and your guest over the event dates. Airline reservations will be booked using the information you provide during registration.

    A detailed flight itinerary will be sent to you to review for accuracy. Please review your itinerary carefully and provide your approval promptly. Once approved and ticketed, you will be financially responsible for any subsequent changes to your airline reservation.

    Arrival at Puerto Vallarta International Airport

    Upon arrival in Puerto Vallarta, proceed through immigration, collect your luggage, and continue through customs.

    Once outside the terminal, look for the designated event transportation representatives holding Discount Tire & Service Centers signage. They will assist you with your transfer to Velas Vallarta.

    Detailed arrival and transportation instructions will be provided prior to departure.

    Arrival at Velas Vallarta

    Upon arrival at Velas Vallarta, event staff will be available to welcome you and assist with the registration and arrival process.

    Please make sure all luggage is clearly tagged with your first and last name to help ensure a smooth delivery and arrival experience.

Transportation will be provided for scheduled group activities and tours taking place off-property.

Upon arrival, you will receive information regarding activity departure times and meeting locations. Prior to departure, you will also receive instructions and timing for your return transfer to Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Purified on property

Purified drinking water is readily available throughout the resort. Bottled water will also be available for your convenience.

When exploring outside the resort, bottled or purified water is recommended.

Your stay at Velas Vallarta includes an all-inclusive package. The resort’s published all-inclusive inclusions list taxes and gratuities among the included items.

Any additional gratuity you choose to provide is at your discretion.
